The hotel has an amazing location. The room I booked was good-sized and brand-new with a pillow top mattress. The staff was amazingly kind and did a great job. The property is close to beautiful hiking trails and a beautifully decorated restaurant and lounge. I loved the restaurant for dinner or drinks.

Clean, renovated rooms with plush bedding and luxurious amenities. It's a kid-friendly property. My 9 year old liked the breakfast selection, children's buffet menu, and the complimentary hot chocolate at the reception area was a nice touch. The Star Room /game room (foosball, air hockey, pool table, and Wii) was a big hit. Staff was friendly from check-in to check-out. Gm Roger Taylor was attentive and was kind enough to follow up on our meals at The Steakhouse when he was advised that our dinner service was taking too long. Onion soup and braised short ribs were delicious and the quality was on par with a nyc upscale restaurant. Property has a welcoming and cozy ambience, and it's close to Shawnee Mountain.

Limited food outlets. Service at The Steakhouse took very long. My son received his meal almost an hour after placing the order. Staff was friendly, but no acknowledgement/recognition from one meal to the next, even if the same staff member was serving/seating us at the main dining room. At the Steakhouse, no one was at the host stand when we arrived and a couple of minutes wait while the server just passed us by. During dinner, the 'models' for the photo shoot were obnoxiously loud. In the guest room, the Amana hvac system was too loud when the heat came on through the night. There's a scale in the bathroom, but it doesn't work. One of the elevators was out of order, and it beeped all night. When Shannon was informed in the morning, she was responsive and had notified Maintenance/Engineering immediately. No beeping was present the 2nd night of our stay. That was a plus. Despite all this, we would still

Great setting, near to the sleeping areas, Bushkill Falls, which is a beautiful place to hike and see and the steakhouse on premises. Also, near many activities. Nicely updated and huge room with exceptionally comfortable beds.

The restaurant here is perfect for dinner or drinks with delicious dishes, and the bed is super comfortable while the bathroom is quite spacious.

The hotel's location was fantastic, right by the steakhouse, and the room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a comfortable sofa and a fantastic bathroom - I had the best night's sleep.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of our room at Bushkill Inn And Conference Center. The bathroom amenities were modern and pristine, and the down comforter and pillows made for a great night's sleep. The HD TV with a wide selection of channels was an added bonus. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
